Dr Crandall was thorough and professional with explanations of diagnosis and treatment
Our experience at the Emergency room was amazing. Dr. Crandall and his staff were so professional and caring.
My 2 year old son popped a Tide pod in his mouth. He didn't ingest anything but he got it in his eye. Him and I went to the ER, we were taken from the lobby within 5 minutes and our Dr. and nurse were with us almost immediately. They checked the acid balance in his eye and then flushed him with saline. It wasn't a pleasant experience for him getting his eye rinsed out but they were quick and very good to him. He barely had any irritation the next day.
Found myself in the ER on Monday 7/15. Arrived at 11pm and out by 1:30am with x-rays and a great Dr. that was able to explain what was going on with my ankle.
The whole experience from intake to triage and stitches was awesome. The nurse was engaging , good energy , and made whole experience pleasant. The doctor was detailed and meticulous Thru whole prep and final discharge. Really appreciate the positive environment, as well as the patient care.
My E.R. hospital stay was as good as it gets. The doctor was caring and interested in my problem and listened carefully with much empathy of my injuries. The registration desk was caring and helpful. An overall good experience when hurting for emergency care.
I have lived in CDA most of my life and have used KH emergency room on numerous occasions. I must say that not only was Dr. Crandall competent, he was also caring and took my concerns seriously. That hadn't always been my experience in the past, I do believe due to the fact that I have Fibromyalgia, etc.
I went to the ER department late at night only waited about 10 minutes for a nurse and doctor to look at a cut that ended up needing to be closed, the nurses and the doctor were all wonderful!
